GDPR Compliance

This page explains how 96 Well Plate Template aligns with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors in the EU and EEA. It complements our Privacy Policy.

Data minimisation

Our tools are client-side: the plate layouts and sample data you enter are processed in your browser and are not transmitted to us. We therefore hold no personal content from your use of the designer or templates.

Lawful basis

Where we process limited technical data (such as server logs), we rely on legitimate interest in operating and securing the site. Advertising cookies set by Google AdSense are used only with your consent: EEA, UK and Swiss visitors see a consent message before personalised ads are served and can withdraw consent at any time. See our Privacy Policy for the advertising details and opt-out links.

Your rights under GDPR

  • Right of access to any personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification of inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten").
  • Right to restrict or object to processing.
  • Right to data portability.
  • Right to withdraw consent at any time.
